• 1/2 medium cabbage, shredded
• 200g mushrooms, sliced
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon coconut oil
• Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the Noodles: Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Vegetables: Heat the coconut oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and shredded cabbage. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
3. Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked noodles to the pan, followed by the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
4. Season: Season with salt to taste before serving.
2. Fried Egg
Ingredients:
• 1 large egg
• 1 tablespoon coconut oil
• Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the Pan: Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
